Working as Principal Scientific Officer in Northern India Textile Research Association (NITRA) Ghaziabad (Linked to Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India) for the last 14 years.

Worked as Chief Chemist in IEI Engineering Services Limited (IEI ESL), New Delhi for more than 3 years.

Set up an Environment laboratory in IEI ESL ND for the analysis of water, industrial effluents, ion exchange resins, activated carbon, sand etc.

Set up an Eco laboratory in NITRA, GZB for testing of textiles as per Oeko Tex Standard 100.

Handled about 10 Govt. sponsored research projects in environment field.

Published more than a dozen research papers in environmental areas in international/ national journals like Bull.Chem.Soc. Japan, J.Chem.Euc. America and Coll.Surf. Netherlands.

Presented one and half dozen research papers in Conferences and Seminars.

Written books on Eco-friendly Textiles, Water, Chemicals, Auxiliaries used in Textile Processing.

Recieved 'Shri Kannhaya Lal Moti Lal Award' for best paper in Joint Technological Conference held at BTRA, Bombay.
